The program consists of twelve group meetings of one hour of theory and one hour of exercise in and around the Philips Stadium. Each participant receives a PSV Vitality training shirt, an exercise monitor, a practical workbook and access to the PSV Vitality App and its online community. This lifestyle program has proven its effect with more than 2,000 employees. Participation inspires positive and lasting changes in lifestyle and personal goals.

This is a continuation of PSV Vitality 12 weeks. Every other week theory sessions combined with exercise sessions are organized. In addition, participants can exercise every week at Philips Stadium. In this follow-up we focus mainly on behavioral change and retention, but also on deepening. Familiar topics from the vitality model are discussed in detail. Each participant receives a practical workbook and access to the PSV Vitality App and its online community.

Under the guidance of a running coach, colleagues start running together on a weekly basis. PSV Vitality Start to Run consists of twelve joint one-hour outdoor running training sessions. During the training, theory is interwoven with physical training. Each participant receives a PSV training shirt, weekly homework assignments and access to the PSV Vitality App and its online community.

This training challenges you to think about your approach to time, priorities, energy and mindset. Finding one balance between tension and relaxation is key. This course lasts twice an hour and a half or once three hours. Each participant receives a practical workbook containing all the material.
