With the vitality program PSV Vitality 12 weeks, PSV is making hundreds of employees from various companies more mentally and physically vital every year starting in 2016. We believe that energetic employees are more successful, innovative and resilient. By participating in PSV Vitality 12 weeks, lifestyle spreads through the organization like an oil slick.

PSV Vitality 12 weeks consists of twelve group meetings of one hour of theory and one hour of exercise in and around the Philips Stadium. Everyone in the group has his or her own lifestyle goal in mind, which our lifestyle consultants can support. Each participant receives a PSV Vitality training shirt, an exercise monitor, a practical workbook and access to the PSV Vitality App and its online community.

Theory
During the hour of theory we alternate knowledge transfer, awareness,
interactive exercises, homework assignments and tips and tricks.
We find it important to create a
safe and relaxed atmosphere so that experiences can be shared.

Moving
During the practical part, we work in groups in an approachable way to improve fitness, strength endurance and fitness. Each exercise section consists of a warm-up, core and cool-down. Team building, knowledge transfer, challenges, interval training, circuit training, strength and endurance exercises are among the topics covered. No additional skills are required, making PSV Vitality suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.
