PSV Vitality Start to run
PSV Vitality Start to Run consists of twelve joint outdoor running training sessions. Under the guidance of a running coach, colleagues get together weekly. No additional skills are required, making PSV Vitality Start to Run suitable for both beginners and advanced runners.
Theory and exercise
During the training, theory is interwoven with a physical workout. Passion & motivation, running technique, increasing load capacity, relaxation, social environment and breathing are the topics covered. Each participant receives a PSV Vitality training shirt, weekly homework assignments and access to the PSV Vitality App and its online community.
