PSV had the upper hand in Heerenveen, but the three points fell short. André Ramalho and Roger Schmidt react to a disappointing match at ESPN.

"We were clearly the better team and had a lot of chances. But we have to learn from our mistakes," said Ramalho, who started the match as captain. "Sc Heerenveen had almost nothing to say, then you can't let it become a draw anyway. You have to lock it up quickly, but we failed to do that. We can do better, but we have to show that. We dropped expensive points."
Schmidt
The Head Coach also balks at the result. It could have been better, but PSV forgot to reward themselves: "We were clearly better, so this is very disappointing. You have to score at the right moment to finish the game, but it didn't work. The first half was very good, which was nice to see. But that's not worth much if you don't take all the points. We just didn't score enough. If you control everything, but you only score one goal, you make it too difficult for yourself. Unfortunately, football is like that sometimes.
