Walter Benitez left the players' hotel in Turin this morning. Due to the birth of his child, it was decided by mutual agreement that the PSV goalkeeper will return to his family. This means that Benitez will not be part of PSV's matchday squad for tonight's UEFA Champions League match with Juventus.
The original matchday squad consisted of 22 players, including three goalkeepers. Head coach Peter Bosz can call on Joël Drommel for the position under the crossbar and Niek Schiks.
