Head coach Peter Bosz has selected 22 players for the first group match in the UEFA Champions League. The selection has now boarded a plane for England, where it will be in action Wednesday night.
The 22-member selection contains no surprises. The main changes from the previous European away game (Rangers FC) are due to permanent mutations in the selection. For example, acquisitions Hirving Lozano and Armel Bella-Kotchap are now part of the selection. On the other hand, the departed Ibrahim Sangaré and Anwar El Ghazi are obviously not there.
In Scotland, Peter Bosz could not have the then injured Patrick van Aanholt. He has since returned. Tygo Land in turn joins the selection for the UEFA Youth League.
PSV will play Wednesday, Sept. 20, against coach Mikel Arteta's Arsenal. The ball will roll at 9 p.m. (CET) at the Emirates Stadium.
