For head coach Roger Schmidt, there is still everything to win. PSV is still fighting for the championship in the last four games, and the coach does not want his team to be at fault in that. "We have to make sure we win all the remaining games. We'll see where we finish."
League lock
"In those last four games we have to put ourselves in a position to pass Ajax, should they spill a few points," Schmidt said. "Of course we would love to be champions, but we are not looking too far ahead. We have to be focused every game again. We play in the coming games against a number of opponents who are fighting for survival. That makes it a challenge. Of course, next week's away game against Feyenoord is also a big task."
Revanche
"In my opinion, we played a good game," Schmidt spoke of the match earlier this season in Tilburg, which PSV lost 2-1. "As far as I'm concerned, it's a miracle that we didn't win that match. That happens sometimes in football. We created a lot of good chances. We weren't very fortunate and got two goals against. We obviously want to rectify that next Sunday."
Recipe
The German coach knows what it will take to do beat Willem II now. "We have to play well organized football and watch out for any counter moments. Willem II has a number of dangerous players in the forwards. Supported by our fans we will hunt for victory from minute one. I trust our qualities and expect us to be able to take control of the match from the start."
Selection
"Noni Madueke is not here yet. He still needs some time to return. Hopefully he can rejoin in the last week. André Ramalho and Mauro Júnior have some minor aches and pains. I expect them to appear in Sunday's kickoff as usual." Ryan Thomas, Olivier Boscagli, Yorbe Vertessen, Phillipp Mwene and Armando Obispo are not on the match sheet this Sunday due to injuries.
