Around every home game, a PSV player will take a robot onto the field that will allow them to walk in the lineup, watch the game from the sidelines and hang out with the players after the game. Natan suffers from a serious form of cancer. Due to his treatment process, it is not possible for the young season ticket holder to leave his home. The PSV Foundation, which makes the FAN of the Match program possible, therefore started looking for a way to still be able to involve Natan in the FAN of the Match program. For that, an AV1 robot from tech company No Isolation turned out to be the perfect solution.
Real interaction
The robot makes it possible to be present at Philips Stadium from the sickbed. The little robot is equipped with software that allows real interaction. The robot forms the mouth, eyes and ears of the person at a distance. Thanks to an app, Natan will soon be able to communicate with the PSV players. For example, Natan will be taken onto the pitch with the captain Luuk de Jong prior to the match, involved in the round after the game and the robot will enter the players' tunnel with them. In addition to the remote FAN of the Match, there is also a regular FAN of the Match during each match. On Thursday, that is 8-year-old Marchiano.

PSV - PEC in theme of the PSV Foundation
Every season, one PSV home match is dedicated to the PSV Foundation. This year it is the game next Thursday against PEC Zwolle. Around the match, in addition to the special FAN of the Match, numerous initiatives are dedicated to the PSV Foundation. For example, players wear special shirts during the warm-up to draw attention to the foundation, the line-up kids wear shirts and the prizes of the PSV Challenge during half-time are linked to the PSV Foundation.

The social sports club for Philips employees has grown into an international football club where committed entrepreneurship is paramount. Since January 2017, these social activities of PSV have been housed in the PSV Foundation. The PSV Foundation aims to encourage connectedness, positively influence football and life skills and create a sense of pride. The aim of the foundation is to encourage and support everyone who participates in a program of the social foundation.
FAN of the Match
The FAN of the Match program has existed at PSV since 1998. Every home match, FC Robinstijn and the PSV Foundation ensure that a special PSV supporter is put in the spotlight.
