Leaders PSV Women will play an away game against PEC Zwolle on Friday night. Coach Sander Luiten's team is in form and can book its sixth win in a row.
PSV won 2-1 against ADO Den Haag last Sunday with which coach Luiten's team closed a gap with the competition. It is now three points clear. The team can continue the upward trend tonight against PEC Zwolle. For PSV player Van Schoonhoven it will be a special encounter with her old team, the current number six of the Eredivisie Women where she played the past three seasons. PEC Zwolle lost surprisingly to bottom-placed Achilles'29 (3-2) last match round and will be looking for revenge on Friday.
Not included in the matchday squad are Hendriks, Van Schijndel, Ten Westeneind and Cuschieri. PSV kicks off tonight at 19.30 at MAC3 Park Stadium in Zwolle, where an atmospheric atmosphere is expected due to actions by the home team.
