Young PSV has won the first game in the group phase of the Premier League International Cup. Alfons Groenendijk's formation was 4-0 too strong for Liverpool FC U21, which enjoyed home advantage. Jesper Uneken was the celebrated man with two goals.
21 ' Tay Abed | Psv U21 has been playing the ball around for a while when goalkeeper Niek Schiks reaches Emir Bars between the lines. A nice pass combination follows, until the ball ends up at Tay Abed. The outside player cuts inside and shoots the ball into the short corner.
30 ' Jesper Uneken | The home team's build-up does not go as smoothly. Under high pressure, the goalkeeper of the home team passes a dangerous ball through the middle. The ball was intercepted and passed directly to Jesper Uneken, who scored his first goal of the evening.
51 ' Isaac Babadi | The third goal is again preceded by a wonderful build-up. The pledges are very patient while looking for an opening and it pays off. Emir finds Isaac between the defenders and the midfielder goes for a shot. The keeper turns away the first attempt, but the rebound goes in.
