PSV knows its next Eredivisie opponent in PEC Zwolle. Ahead of Sunday's home game, Head Coach Peter Bosz praises his selection and highlights Jerdy Schouten. The midfielder has been called up for the Dutch national team's final selection.

A very big smile, that's what Bosz saw on the midfielder's face when he spoke to him about being selected in the national team selection. "He hoped by coming to PSV to be more in the picture at Oranje, and he succeeded after about four months," explained the Head Coach. "I completely understand Ronald Koeman's choice: Jerdy is doing great. In addition, he is a nice boy to work with and a very good player for us, also in European matches." Joey Veerman is also among the 25-man selection of the Dutch national team.

Satisfied and critical
PSV took on RC Lens in the UEFA Champions League on Sunday. The main squad managed to win the match 1-0 against the French side, where Luuk de Jong signed for the only goal. Peter Bosz looks back on the game: "We showed good football. Fighting, physical and with a lot of fight. If such an important match is won over the line, that's great, although I remain critical. We made good use of the long ball, but could have stayed a little calmer in possession."

Praise
The Apeldoorner is at the top of the Eredivisie rankings with his team. He is not leaning back ahead of Sunday's game. "If you give PEC Zwolle time and space, they can make things pretty difficult for you. So we have to be on our guard." The coach has confidence in his selection and praises the high level achieved within his squad. "Within the club a really good selection has been put together. I am very satisfied with how the players train, work and perform. They have a lot of quality."
