Lisan Alkemade has extended her contact with PSV Women. The goalkeeper has signed a new contract that ties her to the team until 2025. Alkemade is the new number one under the crossbar at PSV Women this season.

Fixed value
The 20-year-old goalkeeper from Lisse has played for PSV Women since 2019 and made her debut in professional football against PEC Zwolle in April 2021. Last season she was already a regular during the cup tournament. After learning periods behind predecessors Eli Sarasola and Sari van Veenendaal, Alkemade has been the new number one under the crossbar since this season.

Happy with extension
Alkemade is a promise in the national goalkeepers' guild and has so far gone through all the youth teams of the Oranje. Currently she is playing with the Dutch Junior Team. "I have already been able to make great strides here and I feel right at home in Eindhoven. After my first major tournament with Oranje O20 at the World Cup in Costa Rica, it was soon clear that we wanted to extend from both sides. It gives me a good and calm feeling that you know where you stand and what goals we want to work towards together."
