Laura Strik has torn her anterior cruciate ligament again. The midfielder was unable to finish a practice match against Paris FC on Friday afternoon. Scans have now revealed that the injury is serious.
Laura announced the nature of her injury herself on her Instagram page. "No words. End of season. Tore my anterior cruciate ligament (again) last Saturday in France. I'll be back," she wrote under her post. The 28-year-old also tore her cruciate ligament in the past. Last season Laura appeared in action for PSV Women for eighteen duels.
