Couhaib Driouech will not be in action for the Dutch Junior side this international period. The 22-year-old PSV striker, who was called up for the first time last week by national coach Michael Reiziger, is not eligible to play.

Driouech has previously played binding matches for the Moroccan under-23 team, requiring a formal and binding transfer procedure to make the winger eligible to play for a Dutch representative team.

Because the Dutch national team has practice matches scheduled during the upcoming international period and no official matches, the initial assumption was that such a procedure would not be necessary. Now that it appears that it is required, Driouech has decided not to make himself available at this time and to return to Eindhoven to join coach Peter Bosz's squad.
