UEFA has fixed the Europa League game in London with Arsenal for October 20, 2022 at 7 p.m. (CET). This forced relocation has significant implications for those who had already booked travel and accommodation(s) and purchased tickets. We deeply regret that our supporters are bearing the brunt of an unfortunate confluence of circumstances.
Personal message about request to UEFA
PSV had no influence on the decision-making and is therefore not liable for costs already incurred. We have started discussions about compensation with several parties involved. In addition, we have investigated the rights of supporters. Unfortunately, there appears to be no legal basis for compensation. Also Arsenal and UEFA had no influence on the postponement of the match and are not liable.
Loyalty points
All supporters who have bought a ticket receive two loyalty points anyway. If you also attend the match on October 20, you will receive another two points. Because supporters would travel to London in different ways, we have listed the consequences for each transport option below.
Bus
Your ticket in combination with the bus trip remains automatically valid. The exact travel times may change, this will be announced within a few days. You will be informed by the PSV Supporters Association. For questions about the bus trip please contact us at info@supver-psv.nl.
Own transportation
Your ticket remains valid. You will receive an email on Monday afternoon, Oct. 17, with the information on how to exchange in London.
Cancellation
If you are unable to attend on the new date, please respond to the e-mail we sent you no later than Sept. 16. We will then cancel your ticket and refund your purchase price within five business days.
We still hope for massive support at the London game despite the displacement and its consequences.
