Goalkeeper Lisan Alkemade has extended her expiring contract with PSV Women by two years. The talented youth international, who was recently called up for Oranje O23, will remain part of PSV Women's goalkeeper guild for longer.
Career
The 18-year-old Alkemade, who hails from Lisse, has been playing for PSV Women since 2019 and regularly kept her games with Young PSV Women in recent seasons. The youth international was the second goalkeeper in PSV's selection this season. Alkemade recently made her debut under the crossbar during the match won (5-1) against PEC Zwolle.
'It tastes like more'
"My debut was personally a very nice moment and tasted like more. Keeping working hard to the limit, keeping the team sharp and contributing within the group: I am well aware of my role in this. I feel at home here and I see plenty of opportunities to continue to develop myself at PSV. I am looking forward to the period ahead and we will do everything we can to finish the season successfully."
