Jorrit Hendrix can make his first match minutes tonight after months of injury. The midfielder has been included in the selection of Young PSV, which travels to Amsterdam tonight for the pledge topper against Jong Ajax.
Selection
Hendrix was injured in the UEFA Champions League duel with FC Rostov in late September in Russia. Since then he has been sidelined. A few weeks ago he resumed (group) training at De Herdgang and is now fit enough for his first match minutes since the game in Rostov-on-Don. Besides Hendrix, defender Jordy de Wijs and goalkeeper Hidde Jurjus are also included in Pascal Jansen's selection. From PSV under 19, the team gets reinforcements from Joël Piroe and Jurich Carolina. Bram van Vlerken is still injured.
Small difference
Jong Ajax is doing just as well as Young PSV in the Jupiler League. The Amsterdam pledges are doing even better with a second place, although the difference between them is small with two points. With a win, Young PSV will climb over Jong Ajax. VVV Venlo is still the leader in the Jupiler League with 35 points, Jong Ajax has 33 just like MVV, Young PSV 31.
