Van Overbeek and Leemans
On the day PSV and Fortuna Sittard announced a youth training partnership, PSV's U23s and Fortuna Sittard's first team faced each other at the Offermans Joosten Stadium. Darije Kalezic's team had an excellent start and took the lead after eleven minutes of play through Elvio van Overbeek. Clint Leemans made it 0-2 after half an hour of play from a penalty kick. Shortly after the break Fortuna Sittard got back in the game through Roel Janssen, but a goal by Steven Bergwijn - scored in injury time - brought the three points back to Eindhoven. Next Friday, Young PSV will visit RKC Waalwijk and a week later FC Volendam will be the opponent at De Herdgang in the final round of matches.
