Young PSV had an excellent Easter weekend. After the 0-2 victory over VVV-Venlo Friday night, Darije Kalezic's team won 2-0 over Jong Ajax on Tuesday.
Six points, zero goals against
An excellent weekend for Young PSV, which will face FC Den Bosch on Friday. At De Herdgang the team started with a number of players from the PSV squad, including Stijn Schaars, goalkeeper Remko Pasveer and Abel Tamata. Marcel Ritzmaier also started and already after six minutes he brought PSV into the lead. With a beautiful strike he signed for the 1-0.
De Wijs injured
After more than twenty minutes, Young PSV suffered a setback when Jordy de Wijs dropped out with an injury. More will become clear about the nature of that later. His replacement Suently Alberto did well and even made it 2-0 on the stroke of halftime, after Augustine Loof had just hit the post. The score at halftime would also turn out to be the final score. Kalezic also brought on Van Overbeek and Sanoh for Bergwijn and Boljevic, but his team was in no danger anyway. PSV is doing well with six points in two matches. Friday the away game with FC Den Bosch awaits.
