Young

Psv U21 will take on Telstar on Friday night at PSV Campus De Herdgang. Peter Uneken's team's previous two matches were both lost 2-1. Against the Velsenaren the tide must be turned.

Selection
Psv U21 will have to do without Cheick Touré. The outfielder was injured in last week's game against NAC Breda in the warm-up. For him, the meeting with Telstar is still too early. The same goes for Tijn Daverveld, Damian Timan, Richie Ledezma and Yorbe Vertessen, who are all out with injuries and will not be available against Telstar. As for goalkeepers, Young PSV has Maxime Delanghe and Kyan van Dorp at their disposal. Vincent Müller, who was under the crossbar against NAC Breda, was with PSV to Norway and will not join the side against the Velsenaren.

Never lost
Seven times before Young PSV hosted Telstar at home. The away team never took the spoils to Velsen. Five times Young PSV won, twice the mutual duel ended in a draw. For Young PSV's biggest win over Telstar, we go back to the 2017-2018 season, when the game ended 6-0. Donyell Malen was responsible for a third of the goal total back then.
