Young PSV continues to do well in the Jupiler League. After a win over FC Den Bosch and a handsome draw in Leeuwarden against SC Cambuur, it won 1-0 from FC Emmen under the watchful eye of a good number of PSV supporters. Albert Gudmundsson was the celebrated man at De Herdgang.

The Icelandic midfielder remained cool after a pass back from Ramon Pascal Lundqvist when he appeared free in front of Telgenkamp. He put the 1-0 on the scoreboard with a hard shot. Nikolai Laursen and another out-and-out Gudmundsson then had the chance to decide the game ahead of time.
