Young PSV lost 3-2 to Fortuna Sittard on Monday night. For a long time it looked like Young PSV was going to win 2-1, until the 85th minute. The visitors scored twice within a minute.

Young PSV did not have it easy Monday night against the visitors from Limburg. Head coach Haar's team got away well a couple of times early in the match. Askovski pegged the ball from a distance under the crossbar. In the rebound Dianessy shot wide in front of an open goal. A few minutes later the same Dianessy had another great opportunity after a wrong ball return. A PSV defender only just managed to turn the ball away from the line. After twenty minutes or so, Young PSV also had a great opportunity: Gudmundsson walked alone towards goal, but shot wide. The visitors had chance after chance, but did not score. After half an hour, PSV took the lead against the odds: Malen placed the ball very cleverly in the far corner, his fourth goal in a week's time. About five minutes before halftime, Lammers doubled the score. The striker coolly placed the ball into the left corner. Half-time score: 2-0.
Two goals against in closing stages
