Psv U21 travels to Nijmegen in round 11 of the Keuken Kampioen Divisie for a meeting with N.E.C. Peter Uneken's team had a difficult start to the season, but went into the break with a victory. Will the points go to Eindhoven? An update.
Selection
Richard Ledezma and Chris Gloster are not yet in the Psv U21 selection. They have not yet returned from international duty with the United States. Justin de Haas and Amar Catic are still struggling with injuries. That is why Young PSV has a relatively small selection today. Mike van de Meulenhof skipped the training of PSV 1 to join Young PSV. Koen Oostenbrink has returned from his injury and might make minutes tonight.
Mutual result
N.E.C. is usually a difficult opponent for Young PSV. In six previous meetings, N.E.C. won three times, drew twice and Young PSV won once. The previous away game against the Nijmegen side turned into a goal-rich draw that ended 4-4. N.E.C. took a 2-0 lead in the first half. But in the second half, the Eindhoveners managed to turn it around to 2-4. In the closing minutes, N.E.C. scored twice more and the points were shared.
Form
