Early red
The first chances were for the away team, but Youri Roulaux cleverly stopped several Rotterdam efforts. Comeback

Later, it was Amar Catic who saw his effort go off the goalkeeper from close range. Noni Madueke broke the spell for Young PSV and managed to play himself free in front of the Rotterdammers' goal. He did not fail to score and equalized. In the closing stages of the match Roulaux made a wonderful save to prevent a goal against. In the final seconds of the match Excelsior got a corner kick. From the counter after this, Ngonge managed to score the winning goal to keep three points in Eindhoven.
