Psv U21 took a point Friday night at Almere City: 2-2. Stijn Schaars made his comeback after months of recovery and played almost 80 minutes.

Half-time score: 1-1

So good news for Stijn Schaars, who was replaced by Lukovic after 78 minutes. The midfielder was injured in late November, having previously had a months-long period of recovery due to another injury. With Schaars in the starting lineup, Young PSV took the lead after just 12 minutes through defender Augustine Loof, but just over ten minutes in, Boldewijn equalized: 1-1.

Goal Alberto
Once again through a defender, coach Darije Kalezic's team took the lead after halftime. This time it was Suently Alberto who was effective (1-2), but once again the joy lasted only a short time and once again it was Boldewijn who equalized: 2-2. With that, the final score was reached within the hour. Young PSV is in fourteenth place after 27 matches, opponent Almere City is ninth.

VVV-Venlo misses out on period, joy in Oss
Friday night the third period title went to FC Oss, which won 1-3 against Young PSV last Monday. VVV-Venlo had everything in its own hands - winning meant the period - but at home against Achilles '29 the Limburgers came no further than 1-1. FC Oss won 1-0 at home against Fortuna Sittard (goal by Opoku) and therefore the period goes to Brabant.
