Young PSV closes the first half of the season Friday night with an away game against city rival FC Eindhoven. A tough opponent, as FC Eindhoven is once again in the sub top of the Jupiler League. Defender Bram van Vlerken is absent due to a minor injury.

Reinforcing PSV under 19 and Vloet
The Jan Louwers Stadium is the setting for the last match before the winter break for Young PSV. The team, which started the season excellently with three wins in the first four games, finds itself in fourteenth place almost halfway through the year. It shares that position with Jong Ajax, which, like Pascal Jansen's team, earned eighteen points from seventeen matches. Should Young PSV win against FC Eindhoven on Friday night, it will finish 2015 in twelfth place. While Van Vlerken will not be there for that match, Young PSV will be reinforced by Rai Vloet and a number of players from PSV under 19.

Van der Gaag back in Eindhoven
FC Eindhoven has twelve more points, which puts them in sixth place in the Jupiler League so close to the winter break. The difference with leader Sparta Rotterdam is considerable with nine points, but number two VVV Venlo has only four points more than the city-mate of Psv U21. Coach of FC Eindhoven is former PSV youth player Mitchell van der Gaag. He played a total of 44 league matches for PSV, after which he ended up at the Portuguese Maritimo via wanderings in Scotland, among other places. There, after the end of his career, he also began his career as a trainer. After working for Belenenses and Ermis Aradippou he returned to Eindhoven.
