Tonight, at De Herdgang, Young PSV will host compatriot RKC Waalwijk. For the Waalwijkers it is an important match to keep their chance of participating in the playoffs. It promises to be a great game.

Absentees
Young PSV does not have the full selection at its disposal. Mike van de Meulenhof and Bertalan Kun are absent. Amar Catic will also be out of action against RKC Waalwijk. The half Dutchman, half Bosnian was called up for Bosnia-Herzegovina O21, but sustained an injury.

Replacement
Trainer Dennis Haar is therefore calling on Mauro Júnior and Andrew Mendonca of PSV O19. If Mendonca gets minutes played, it will be his second match in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. Earlier he played 31 minutes in the game with Jong Ajax.

Spectacular match
The previous meeting between the two clubs earlier this season was a match in which anything happened. RKC Waalwijk missed a penalty kick and Cody Gakpo and Joël Piroe both scored twice. The final score in Waalwijk was then 5-3 in favor of Young PSV.

Only once did Young PSV lose to RKC Waalwijk in the Brabant match. That happened last season. Then it became 3-2. Psv U21 is currently fifth in the league table. RKC Waalwijk is one place below them. The gap between the two clubs is six points. In total, PSV drew six times and twice the game ended undecided. If Dennis Haar and his team win and the results on other fields are also favorable, Young PSV can climb a few spots.
