Psv U21 goes for seventh place in Almere

Psv U21 plays its last game of this season in the Jupiler League in Almere on Friday night. After today all that remains is the final of the Premier League International Cup against Villarreal CF on May 4. Visiting Almere City FC from 8 p.m., without the suspended Menno Koch, Young PSV will go for seventh place.

The scenarios
To finish seventh, Pascal Jansen's team still has to leapfrog over FC Volendam, which is one point above Young PSV. The team from Noord-Holland also kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. and plays in Brabant against FC Oss. If FC Volendam lose or draw and Almere win, the pledges will finish seventh. Almere City, like Young PSV, can also finish seventh, but in case of a win they will depend on the results of FC Volendam, Jong Ajax and MVV Maastricht.

Live on TV
Coach Jansen does not have the contribution of the suspended Koch at his disposal tonight. Beto da Silva, Ramon Pascal Lundqvist, Bob Groenendijk and Andrija Lukovic are also not match fit. The Psv U21 core does include Simon Poulsen and Jordy de Wijs. Amere City FC - Young PSV can be followed live on our Twitter channel (@PSV), Snapchat and on FOX Sports 7.
