The Jupiler League is entering its final period. The final block of 11 matches, nine of which count for the fourth period, starts for Young PSV Friday night in Limburg against Fortuna Sittard. An encounter between the numbers 3 and 16 of the league table.

Raging
Young PSV is working on a very good fourth season in the Jupiler League. The team of coach Pascal Jansen occupies 3rd place in the ranking after 27 matches. However, the gap with the chasers is small, so Young PSV would like to start the fourth period with a win.

Jansen will have to do without the injured Matthias Verreth and the not match fit Sven Blummel on Friday night. Sam Lammers, Dante Rigo, Damian van Bruggen and Pablo Rosario will be there. The foursome regularly trains with PSV 1, but are still part of the official selection of the psv U21 squad.

Man in form: Gudmundsson
On the Limburg pitch, many eyes are on Albert Gudmundsson. The Iceland international has scored at the conveyor belt in the past two games. With five goals, he shot Young PSV past NAC Breda (2-0, 2x Gudmundsson) and RKC Waalwijk (4-1, 3x Gudmundsson). In total, the Icelander scored 9 goals for Young PSV this season.
