After starting the season with a draw in Dordrecht more than a week ago, Young PSV faces FC Den Bosch tonight. In Ruud van Nistelrooy's first official home match, the coach cannot call on a number of regulars.

Injuries and absentees
Goalkeeper Aron van Lare made his debut for Young PSV against FC Dordrecht, but will not be there tonight. The young goalkeeper will travel with the A-selection for the match against SL Benfica. The same goes for: Fredrik Oppegård and Fodé Fofana. Furthermore, Mees Kreekels, Luis Felipe, Shurandy Sambo, Emmanuel Matuta and Mathijs Tielemans are absent due to injuries. Van Nistelrooy is therefore calling on a number of players from Under 18.

Youthful psv U21
The situation is reminiscent of last season's away game against FC Den Bosch. Back then, just like now, many players were absent due to circumstances. Fofana, among others, made his debut and the striker immediately scored two goals. From Under 18 four players will join: Koen Jansen, Isaac Babadi, Yaël Gil y Muinos and goalkeeper Niek Schiks. The average age of Young PSV tonight is 18 years and 6 months.

League start
Last year, PSV won 1-0 at home against FC Den Bosch. Sambo signed for the only goal of the match back then. Two weeks ago, the pledge team played its first league match against FC Dordrecht. Young PSV had more chances than the opponent, but got stuck with a draw.
