Ten PSV Women players will play for their country during the upcoming international period. Of the ten, six have been called up for the national A-selection and four for a Jong-team.
Veerle Buurman, Chimera Ripa, Renate Jansen and Nina Nijstad have received a call-up from national coach Andries Jonker. With four players in the selection, PSV is the main supplier of the Dutch national team. The Dutch team will practice on November 29 against China and on December 3 against the United States.
Gwyneth Hendriks, Lisan Alkemade and Emma Frijns have been called up for the Dutch Junior Team. The trio will play a practice match on Nov. 27 against France and Dec. 2 against Norway.
Belgium and Denmark
A crucial duel against Ukraine awaits Nicky Evrard. The goalkeeper has again been called up for the Red Flames, which is fighting for a ticket to the European Championship. Lore Jacobs has been called up for Belgium. Practice matches against Italy and Germany await her. Sara Thrige has been called up for Denmark, which plays a practice game against Iceland on December 2.
