On Friday evening Young PSV and FC Den Bosch played to a scoreless draw in an unspectacular game. Jansen's team got some chances in the second half, but could not exploit them. Goalkeeper Koopmans made his comeback, but was injured again and had to leave the field on a stretcher. Lonwijk made his debut in professional football.
Slight advantage, almost no chances
After the field was cleared of snow, the game between the numbers five and thirteen of the Jupiler League could begin. PSV's first and only threat came from Carolina, who shot just wide of goalkeeper Heemskerk's goal. Jansen's promising team had a slight advantage, but was unable to express it in the score.
