Backline despite fine goal Lammers
With a much-changed eleven compared to a week earlier against Jong AZ, Haar's team went on the hunt for its first victory since September 8. Lammers, who came over from the first team Friday night, had a good chance for the opening goal after just a few minutes. The striker shot just wide. Five minutes later the other side scored: Bannink shot the home team to a 1-0 lead in the eleventh minute. FC Emmen could not enjoy the lead for long: after more than fifteen minutes Lammers shot to level the score. Verreth's assist was especially noteworthy: the outside player put the ball back to Lammers with a fine heel. After just under half an hour, the Emmen players took the lead again. This time it was Peters who scored. Young PSV went into the dressing room with a 2-1 deficit.

Van Osch prevents bigger result
Also in the second half a lot happened in the JENS Fortress. The first danger after halftime came from the foot of Haydary. Van Osch saved his shot in wonderful fashion, preventing the 3-1. Soon after, the goalkeeper had to come into action again and kept Young PSV in the game. After more than an hour of play, Haar's team got away well. FC Emmen striker Bannink shot just wide. A few minutes later Duarte dribbled past a number of players and shot dangerously at goal. So the game was up and down in Emmen. Fifteen minutes before time, Haydary decided the match. The striker walked alone to Van Osch and finished with a fine finish. Thus Young PSV lost their third game in the Jupiler League in a row.
