In the closing minutes against SC Cambuur came another blazing strike from Olivier Boscagli, with which the defender put himself on the score sheet. A nice boost towards the game with Benfica.
Night's rest
The brand-new father had to do with less sleep for a while, because of his newborn son. But now he was already feeling much fitter: "I slept fine last night. The last few days were indeed not easy, being a father is not easy either. But I am extremely proud of it. Now I have to focus on my football and my son. That starts with a good night's sleep."
Brave
CambuurThe PSV defense held power throughout the game, but occasionally Cambuur managed to make things difficult. For Boscagli, there were clear learning moments in the match: "Sometimes you have to adjust some details during the game. We have to communicate well and stay motivated. Cambuur played very bravely so defending against them was definitely not always easy."
Defensive duo
Boscagli also owes a lot to his teammates in defense. Today he played alongside Armando Obispo, which went fine: "It's very nice when our defenders play well. That pushes me to get even better. I'm also happy for Armando. He had to come from far away because of his past injuries, but he played very well. Every day we push each other to get even better."
