PSV won convincingly against PEC Zwolle and thus remains at the top of the Eredivisie. Always and everywhere the media is writing about PSV. We list the most important reports for you.

Important Bergwijn
Against PEC Zwolle, Steven Bergwijn failed to score, but he made the difference with assists. PSV club watcher Rik Elfrink sees an important role for the striker: "For someone with his stature, in his position, one goal is a bit small. But you have to conclude that he creates incredible chances for PSV. You shouldn't discount Bergwijn, because he is a player who is really dangerous. And don't forget the defensive work he often delivers. That's actually always well taken care of."

'A fine substitute from Doan '
Ritsu Doan got his first goal for PSV with his goal against PEC Zwolle, making him the first Japanese player to score for PSV. VI analyst Reon Boeringa saw a good game from the Japanese player. "A very nice goal and a fine substitution," the journalist stated. "He really adds something to PSV's attacking line. Doan has power on the ball which gives a player like Denzel Dumfries much more opportunity to come across and show his attacking qualities. That tandem with Dumfries and Doan is something I can see."

Rosario: 'I always want to be important '
Pablo Rosario is not known for his many goals, but now he is scoring two games in a row. Against both FC Groningen and PEC Zwolle it was on target. "It was a matter of time before the goal was going to fall and now it happens twice in a row. As a player you always want to be important with goals and assists. It's nice that my shots are hitting now, although I'm not a striker who has to score every week. But also as a midfielder I could be more efficient," he says in conversation with De Volkskrant. At the moment Rosario is captain instead of Ibrahim Afellay, but he has no problem with his status as vice-captain: "I hope Ibi can play soon, he is well in the group. I can't wait, with pride I will hand over the captain's armband to him."

Kenneth Perez would like to be the ball
At FOX Sports, analysts looked back at the past weekend of football. There, Kenneth Perez spoke highly of Mohamed Ihattaren in particular. "How he handles the ball, I think it's wonderful to be the ball when you're in Ihattaren's feet," Perez said. "He does everything with a lot of feeling, it's beautiful to see." The analyst sees similar qualities in Ritsu Doan: "He keeps the ball short well and keeps the overview. He made a strong raid."

Sadílek achieved his goal
The left-back position was occupied last match by Michal Sadílek. The left-back is by nature a midfielder but can also perform at left back. Talking to the Eindhovens Dagblad, he says he feels good: "The trainer thinks I can help the team there. I now swap a lot with Olivier Boscagli, it doesn't matter whether he or I play. As long as we as a team make sure we win." The Czech's goal is to get more minutes played this season than last. In the meantime, he is already over it. Last season he reached 770 minutes in the first team and now the tally stands at 875 minutes.

Ihattaren regular in Elftal of the Week
Voetbal International has included Mohamed Ihattaren in their Elftal van de Week on behalf of PSV. It is the third week in a row that the magazine has included the midfielder in their weekly list of best players, a unique achievement for Ihattaren. The Voetbal International website speaks positively about him: "The midfielder continues to amaze with his fabulous technique and despite his age - seventeen years only - manages to reach a high level in the Eredivisie every week."
