PSV is purveyor of the Eredivisie Elftal of the Month. No fewer than six PSV players have statistically scored the highest in the Eredivisie in August. Joey Veerman is, as previously reported, the Eredivisie Player of the Month.
In addition to Joey, Richard Ledezma, Olivier Boscagli, Ryan Flamingo, Hirving Lozano and Johan Bakayoko are part of the best team of August. They earned a spot in the prestigious squad based on statistics and fan votes. Etienne Vaessen (FC Groningen), Mats Köhlert (sc Heerenveen), Jorg Schreuders (FC Groningen), Ringo Meerveld (Willem II) and Sam Lammers (FC Twente) complete the team.
