Months of De Jong
Luuk de Jong was the most treacherous player in the Eredivisie in April, scoring six goals in four games. De Jong was also directly involved in 11 goals in the month of May.
Familiar face from PSV Academy
At Het Kasteel, PSV will meet a familiar face from its own youth academy. Shurandy Sambo is on loan from PSV to Sparta Rotterdam this season, where he will not play tomorrow due to a suspension. He played one Eredivisie match in the PSV main squad.
Scoring Van Nistelrooij
As a player, Ruud van Nistelrooij scored eight goals in five Eredivisie matches with Sparta Rotterdam, including two hat tricks. Van Nistelrooij did not score so many times against any team in the Eredivisie.
