Saturday, May 31, 2014, PSV B1 played the cup final against Vitesse B1.
PSV started the match hesitantly. Vitesse had the better of the game.
Still, the best chances were for PSV but no goals were scored.
Half-time score 0-0.
In the 2nd half PSV played more concentrated and found each other easier.
PSV became stronger as the match progressed.
This resulted in the 0-1 lead in the 62nd min. After a brilliant long pass from Philippe Rommens, Kenneth Paal was able to control the ball very well and shoot in.
Considering the game in the 2nd half a justified lead.
10 minutes later the game was decided. With a nice individual action Steven Bergwijn passed 3 defenders of Vitesse and shot the 0-2.
Final score 0-2
PSV B1 concluded a great season with the cup win.
