  1. Match report

Today on paper a relatively easy match is on the schedule. The still scoreless TSC comes to visit. From the kickoff, the intentions for today seem clear. Put pressure early and score a lot. This succeeds rather quickly, because through a fine attack on the right side it is already 1-0 in the first minute. Joop sees Arne go deep and his cross is controlled by Greg. Immediately after the kick-off, TSC appeared in front of the goal, but they intervened well. After 3 minutes it could have been 2-0 already. Remco played himself free, but Greg could not control the cross. In the 6th minute the 2-0 is put on the board when Joop gets himself free on the back line and passes the ball back to Greg. The ball then reaches Joop again (offside?) who taps it into the short corner. PSV's play starts to orientate to the left side and so Remco is sent deep by Davy a couple of times but in front of goal this is not sufficiently played out.
Where in the first minutes the opponent was put under direct pressure, this falls away as the game progresses. It takes a while before another goal is scored. In the 20th minute an attack is set up on the right side and Joey's cross disappears with Greg's cooperation, without touching the ball, behind the goalkeeper. Moments later it even seems to become 4-0, however Sem's goal is disallowed due to offside (?). Thus, after a good opening, the score at halftime is 3-0, but given the opportunities it should have been 5-0 or 6-0. Also in the second half, PSV starts strong and could have made it 4-0 in the 1st minute, but Yasin shoots against the goalkeeper. In the 3rd minute it finally becomes 4-0 when Yasin heads in after a cross from Arne. As the game progresses, the football becomes more and more difficult. We leave this analysis to the trainer and video crew. Nevertheless, in this phase TSC once again threatened the PSV goal. In the meantime, especially Yasin could have lifted the score, but he found the TSC goalkeeper on his way, or his sights were not sharp. It remains a long wait for a goal and it is Sem who finally scores the 5-0. In the last 5 minutes the score is still increased. First it is Mo who scores the 6-0 after a good cross from Remco. Then it is Yassin who scores the 7th and final goal after a cross from Yasin. Thus a generous score is still achieved without extra frills shall we say.
