Bladella - PSV F1 on a white turf 0-7

It was cold in the morning when we left at 8 am at the Herdgang. The F2 was free so all the boys,except Mohammed I. (injured) and Genrich (sick), went along to Bladel. It was decided to let all the boys play about 1 half.

As trainer Rick plays in the "urste" of Bladella he was keen on a good result. Coach Willem was also very happy in Bladel because of his victory over colleague Rick last week. But that was down to the referee, wasn't it, Rick?

The first half saw Peter, Bram, Jaydee, Djurre, Luuk, Mathijs and Mohammed N., kick off. Most of the boys were bothered by the snowy slippery field but after a few minutes the first nice combinations started to come together. Bladella played well and were unlucky with a nice shot on the crossbar. After a few minutes an attack by PSV ended with a nice goal. The spell was broken. Three more goals followed and the boys could take a shower with a 0-4 halftime score.

After the break Robin, Nigel, Jur, Joost, Rafik, Thomas, Jeremy and Djurre tried to increase the score. This worked well, maybe in their enthusiasm they did not play together enough, but at the end the scoreboard was 0-7.
After the game we had lunch together in the cozy Bladella canteen. Then we all went home because another tournament against the "big" E boys awaits on Sunday.
