Last Saturday, PSV O.17 played the home match against FC Twente O.17.
PSV fell behind early in the match. In the 11th min FC Twente scored 0-1.
PSV went in search of the equalizer. In the 20th min Joey Konings put through well on the right side. His cross was tapped in by Jaell Hattu.
The score at halftime was 1-1.
In the 2nd half, PSV quickly took the lead. After a nice assist by Lennerd Daneels it was Jaell Hattu who scored again. Free in front of the goalie he stayed calm and scored 2-1.
PSV could not enjoy the lead for long. 3 minutes later it was equal again.
In the 69th min FC Twente had to continue with 10 players. Joey Konings was brought down in the goalkeeper's area. The referee gave the FC Twente defender a red card and PSV a penalty. Matthias Verreth was allowed to take the penalty but his effort was turned away by the goalkeeper. In the rebound the ball hit the post.
7 minutes before the end of the match Matthias Verreth was able to make up for his missed penalty. With a right header he made it 3-2.
In injury time Matthias Verreth also made it 4-2.

Next week PSV O.17 plays an away match against Roda JC O.17.
