PSV A1 EQUAL AGAINST DE GRAAFSCHAP.

A1 could not complain that they eventually played equal at De Graafschap.
Before the home side opened the scoring in the twenty-ninth minute, PSV had already created four open chances. Elvio van Overbeek combined with Ruben Bentancourt, but his shot did not hit the target. Tufan Özbozkurt saw his free kick go over, Ruben headed wide from a Tufan cross and Wouter Soomer's cross was shot wide by Mohamed Rayhi after a combination with Elvio.
After so many opportunities you could wait for De Graafschap to counter and they promptly did. Out of nowhere the ball was behind goalkeeper Eric Verstappen. Even after the opening goal Mo saw a combination with Zakaria Bakkali hit the post.
After halftime, PSV put their house in order. Wouter intercepted the ball, got to the back line and the cross was shot in by Ruben.
A few minutes later Zakaria got the ball on the left, cut inside and shot high into the far corner.
A higher score was possible, but Mo saw a lob over the goalkeeper fail and a shot by Riechedly failed to hit the target.
Then it was over for PSV and the match rippled to a close. Until ten minutes before time the Graafschap equalized again. A1 was unable to push for the winning goal.
