    The report

Today the away match against Ajax O17 was scheduled. Last week the home game against Ajax O17 was cancelled due to bad weather conditions (snowfall) and the field was unplayable.

But today the weather was good, the sun was shining and we knew it would be a tough match for PSV O17. But the trainers put the boys on edge before the match. The first 10 minutes Ajax O17 put PSV under pressure. PSV could only give long balls to our attackers, which also caused constant danger in the Ajax O17 defense. For example, Damian Timan had a chance to score in the early stages of match, but he headed into the goalkeeper's hands. In the 15th minute, Mohammrd Amine Ihattaren took a free kick from the right side. Mees Kreekels headed the ball through to Damian Timan, who scored the 0-1. Shortly after, PSV O17 had a great chance to shoot in the 0-2, but unfortunately the ball went wide. In the 31st minute Ajax O17 got a free kick, which was tapped in: 1-1.

In the second half, the field of play was kept small by both Ajax and PSV. But in the 65th minute, Yorbe Vertessen was able to run into the 16-meter line, but he was brought down by a defender. PSV was awarded a penalty and Ajax's defender was sent off the field so they were playing with ten men. The penalty kick itself was taken by Yorbe Vertessen 1-2. Ajax then pulled out all the stops to equalize, but luck was on PSV's side this time. Ajax did not score anymore. Lat and post stood in the way and in the 70th minute a penalty was also missed. PSV held out by working hard and playing as a team, which was worth a big compliment from the trainers.
