PSV played a game Saturday in the "it's not going in today" category. Although the team got at least ten 100% chances, it needed a penalty to score. Balls on the post, on the crossbar, shot or headed just wide, or rushed uncontrolled across the goal from close range. PSV failed miserably to inflict a heavy defeat on BU. Indeed, the combination team even went home with the full win. Where PSV killed off all chances to score, BU scored 2 identical goals within 5 minutes shortly after halftime from quick counters after ball loss in PSV's forwards, allowing the same player to be sent off on his own to Yoeri twice and choose a corner unhindered.

An embarrassing defeat for the O16 that had better be forgotten soon.
