Groningen at home is not Groningen away. Last year Groningen managed a big win in Eindhoven but this time we wanted to prevent that. After Saturday's win in Groningen we had to succeed today as well. In the first half the game went up and down and Groningen had a few good chances, but the best chances were ours. After 24 seconds we should have scored 1-0 but it remained 0-0. Only in the 40th minute a cross from Moussa was hit by a defender of Groningen and his goalkeeper had no chance. After the break we got more chances and after 20 minutes it was Rai who scored the 2 - 0-. You would think it was over. But Groningen thought otherwise. They actually started to attack and got some good chances and from one of them they scored the 2 - 1. The last part of the match was hectic and Groningen were also close to an equalizer but it could have been 3 or 4 - 1. And so you see that football is still a team sport and that you can never win a game alone, you need each other.
