Big win in easy game

For the F2 the home game against RPC F1 was on the program today. In the 1st half of the competition they won 18-0, but results from the past...........

The boys started the game at a low pace which resulted in a lot of ball loss and no real chances. After 4 minutes Luuk managed to find the net on Rafik's pass, but otherwise the goal machine stopped.
After instructions from coach Rick to combine faster and put pressure earlier, from the 10th minute on the goal was scored. The defense led by Bram rarely got into trouble so Peter was only allowed to touch the ball once. In this phase they even combined well and everyone kept the overview so that the ball could do its job. The break was reached with a 5-0 lead through goals by Genrich, D'Leanu and Luuk again.

After the break the team picked up the pace and it started raining cats and dogs. Goals that is. Once again the pressure was good and in possession the free man was found. With goals by Jur, Rafik, Luuk, Mo N., D'Leanu and Genrich, a clear 14-0 lead was reached shortly before the end of the game, although at times the football looked more like an individual sport.

The most remarkable fact of this match was the 15th goal for the boys of the F. At a corner, the goalkeeper Peter, who was pushed along with the forward, managed to touch the ball (for the 2nd time) with an acrobatic action and .......... his 1st goal was a fact.

All in all an easy victory with good football from time to time.
