PSV E2's practice match against Borussia Monchengladbach was one of true German caliber. A lot of offensive play by PSV and dangerous counters by the Germans. The opponent's goal seemed hermetically sealed because almost all of PSV's goal attempts went wrong. They were either blocked by the excellent goalie or it was just left, right, above, in front, crossbar or post. Even Robin's rebound on his own shot then found the crossbar again. The frantic attempts yielded only one goal on the PSV side, which was worth mentioning, because it was beautiful combination play by captain Cody, Jordan and Robin that drove the Borussia defense crazy. By then, however, the Germans already had two goals to their name.
