The day begins with pastries. Two dads' birthdays on the same day, congratulations. But now to the order of the day, what really matters, the boys of D2. They had to play against a youth team from Twente/Heracles. From the kick-off it was an even match, a well combining D2 against a tough and well organized defense Twente/Heracles. Until 15 minutes into the match it went evenly until that corner. A beautiful kick at the second post was headed in just as brilliantly by Rai, a Beauty. PSV immediately put pressure again and that resulted in a beautiful shot by Rai that disappeared between the posts, 2-0 for PSV. Twente/Heracles sensed the danger coming and tried to find the solution on the football. It was Michael who with a shooting rush and a shot from distance made it 4-0 for PSV at halftime. After halftime there was some easy football again resulting in some small mistakes. The sparkling fast pace was a bit off. Twente/Heracles took advantage of this. With the help of the famous "van Breukelen poll" Daan missed the ball very unfortunate and Twente scored, 4-1. Finally, just before time Rai made it 5-1. A deserved victory and a good dressage for next weekend, away to Willem II. Rai was rightly named the "Man of the Match".
