The report

Officially, the harvest month is August, named after the Roman emperor of the same name, but for us the month of falling leaves, November, is when the harvest must be brought in. Under chilly conditions, PSV O17 played against FC Twente. The team badly needed the points to play in the champions' pool after the winter break.

PSV started the match fanatically and that was reflected in the ball possession in the first fifteen minutes. There were also chances, but the target was not yet set. And if you don't score, the opponent often does. And so it happened. Twente's very first shot made it 1-0. The O17 had to swallow, but recovered quickly. Just 10 minutes later Jeremy Antonisse shot the equalizer. After missing several good opportunities, PSV managed to find a gap in the defense just before halftime. From a scrimmage, Manu fired in the 1-2.

After halftime, PSV pressed on immediately. After five minutes Mathijs also managed to find the net. After that it did not go as hoped. Many chances were missed and just before time Twente brought the tension back into the match, but they did not get any further. PSV won the 2-3 draw.

The mission succeeded, taking three points, the first harvest is in. Next Saturday, PSV O17 plays at home against FC Utrecht at 14:00.
