O17 gives away lead in second half

After last Saturday's deception, we had a chance to straighten up on Tuesday. We saw a different effort, but the game was still messy. The passes were sloppy and did not always arrive, and the shots could also be better.

A very positive point was that everyone worked very hard and tried as a team to get a good result. Unfortunately we went behind after a miscue by our rearguard and so we were behind again. But we kept our heads up and the team kept working hard. That resulted in two goals (Fofana and Pigmans) before halftime. PSV O17 went into the break with a lead.

After halftime we had to get this result. The game remained messy and once again miscommunication in the backline prevented us from keeping the lead. The story of this season: we give away goals too often and far too easily. And so PSV O17 took only one point from this match. There was an upward trend in aggression and perception and the will to win was again on display.

Next Saturday NEC will visit De Herdgang. There we will again have to do our utmost to keep the three points in Eindhoven this time.
